Define the project and spaces

Include the project name, location, room or space types, room count and contact person. Separate guestroom and public-area packages.

What each BOQ line should contain

List the project item reference, description, quantity, unit, intended dimensions, materials, finish and drawing revision. A project reference is not a factory product SKU.

Programme and supporting documents

Attach drawings and reference images you are authorised to use. Specify procurement deadlines, sample approval windows, target delivery and site access conditions. Actual timing requires factory confirmation.

Use collections as a starting point

Select a collection and identify the piece in the reference before asking the team to confirm the model. Label estimated quantities clearly; the shortlist is not a purchase order.

Preparation guidance, not a product specification or supply commitment. Actual scope is confirmed in the project proposal.
