Start with the use conditions
Describe the space, frequency of use, care requirements and project standards. An outdoor photograph does not establish weather resistance.
Document materials and finishes
Record structural materials, timber or veneer, fabric, leather, hardware, colours and finishes. Genuine leather, fire performance and certification claims require evidence for the actual model.
Keep approval records
Identify the sample reference, date, approver and revisions. Agree the accepted reference sample before production release so it can be compared with the finished work.
Preparation guidance, not a product specification or supply commitment. Actual scope is confirmed in the project proposal.
